HYDRA THROTTLE VALVES
Hydroplex Hydra series throttle valves are Multi Orifice Valves (MOV) specifically designed to control high pressure liquids and gases while providing reliability and extended service. The Hydra throttle valve’s innovative modular design means that the valve body is not sacrificed during normal service, thanks to the replaceable downstream hub on some models. Most models allow for multiple stage pressure drops within ONE valve. The design flexibility allows for conversions from manual to automated and altering of pressure drops in the field for most models. Our HCA, HCY, CSX, MiniMax, and HydraMax models allow for direct mounting of most female drive actuators with NO need for brackets or couplings. MINIMAX
- Convertible from inline to right-angle flow.

HYDRAMAX
- Unique design can achieve up to a 3 stage pressure drop in the same valve.
- Built-in 3 to 1 gear assist NOT in the flow path. Cannot be contaminated with sand or other unwanted debris.
- Exobody is not wetted and under normal operation will never be replaced
- Offers up to 89 Cv (124/64ths) for large flows.
HCI
- Unique design can achieve up to a 2 stage pressure drop in the same valve
- Robust valve body can be used again and again. Simply replace the worn end connections
- Easily change internal components with minimal effort
- Valve can be serviced in place. No need to disconnect piping or actuator.
HCA
- Unique design can achieve up to a 3 stage pressure drop in the same valve.
