Our high-pressure triplex pumps are often configured to pump volatile liquids. The design of these special pumps often requires the ability to capture and monitor potential fluid leakage. The dedicated Hydroplex methanol injection pump features vaporless stuffing boxes as standard equipment. The optional Hydroplex vapor containment system uses an additional secondary seal in the packing barrel to prevent any fluid that leaks past the main packing from going directly into the atmosphere.
